A terrace end, or link house end is the property that is the last in the row of houses.

Town house

Typically, the term Town House is used to describe a standard two-story townhouse that is more modern. Some real estate agents will also use this term to describe newer properties that have three or more stories.

Terraced house

A house or semi-detached property is used to describe a pair of houses that are usually attached in the middle. Semi-detached properties tend to offer their owners front and rear gardens, and many also offer driveway space in more rural areas.

Large loft-like spaces are commonly found in bungalows, allowing their owners to convert a living space into a second floor if they wish. Bungalows tend to hold their value and can be more expensive compared to similarly sized properties.

Floors

Floors essentially come in two forms. The first where an existing house has been divided (generally into two separate dwellings). The second is a block of flats where there could be many separate floors in a building.
