Airsoft – A good recreational activity

Airsoft is primarily a recreational activity that simulates firearms that shoot round plastic pellets. Airsoft guns can be a personal collection or used for competent training purposes. Airsoft games vary greatly in style and composition based on location, budget, and number of participants. But it often depends on the range, from brief skirmishes and staged situations to military simulations and historical re-enactments. The combat situation on the battlefield essentially uses common military tactics to achieve the goals set in the game. Participants typically use various types of airsoft guns along with real or fake military equipment or uniforms.

Airsoft guns generally look like real firearms. Firearms fall into three groups: spring-loaded BB guns, electric machine guns, and gas- or CO2-powered Airsoft rifles. There are a variety of shapes and sizes. There are revolvers, pistols, snipers, or rifles that have changeable trigger selection, power velocity, shockproof, and multi-shot features that are simply irresistible to an avid Airsoft rifle shooter.

An example of a spring-loaded weapon is the AA-957C which uses 6mm ammunition and has semi-automatic action. Scope corners are smooth for holster use. A WA-A10-CH3181 is an example of a stun gun. This pistol could shoot 300 FPS. And the PA-J05355NS2 is an example of a gas pistol. It is made of metal and ABS plastic which gives it a powerful and weighty feel.

In the UK, Ireland and Italy the energy limit for Airsoft guns is one joule or 100m/s with a 0.20g, 6mm BB. Most Airsoft guns can shoot from 50m/s to 125m/s. But it is also possible to buy improved internals for some Airsoft guns that can shoot up to 180m/s.
