Detox: Why It Is So Painful During The Process And What To Do

Detoxification is very important. If you wake up in the morning feeling sluggish, whether you’ve slept more than 8 hours or less, you need to detoxify your body. If you are always plagued by colds, have trouble managing stress, or can’t cope with other types of disease warfare, you need to detox.

The results of the detox are very rewarding. I remember when I went through my first detox, it felt like the chains that I had been carrying through my bloodstream for years were suddenly disappearing. In fact, I could control my body, run longer distances, and jump for joy. I could even spend 3pm feeling alive and well, while my coworkers would feel like falling asleep.

But going through detox is another process. As a goal, you can only get there by going through trials and tribulations. It is no different with detoxification.

If you haven’t had a detox in years and have lived an unhealthy lifestyle, your process will be a different experience than someone who is health conscious and practices what they believe in. In fact, the experience can be confusing due to various symptoms.

With my experience, I needed a real detox. Although I had been able to lose my bronchial problem that I had for years, when it came to detoxing, it was an unpleasant experience. A couple of times I thought I had the flu. Here and there, I would experience things like fever, dizziness, flu-like symptoms, and weakness. Here I am on a detox program and yet I am experiencing the things that only a sick person gets. I was confused and was about to interrupt my nutrition program.

Having lost weight a couple of months ago, I suddenly realized why so many people experience these things. It has something to do with the way the body moves toxins.

During the detoxification process, toxins that are stored in the body, either in tissues or in fat, reach the bloodstream. There are different paths toxins take when purged, and it’s not just the liver that does the work:

Skin pores: As toxins leave the body, sensitive nerves, tissues and muscles will have to find these toxins and react accordingly. If a toxin makes its way through the pores of the skin, muscles, and other tissues, the brain will interpret it as an invader (such as a virus) and begin heating the body to heat it up and destroy it. The irony is that the body at the same time is trying to eliminate it, so it is going to experience a tug of war. Worse yet, you are caught in the middle of it. Many people try to take pain relievers like Tylenol to stop the pain, but what they are doing is counterproductive as they are reintroducing more toxic chemicals into the body. What I mean is that pain relievers are artificial ways to stop pain, but it is not a natural way.

Urine: Obviously, this is another way the body removes toxins. In fact, toxins that are stored in fatty areas of the body (the bad fat that is) are released into the urine, provided the toxins are released through a process called thermogenesis. During exercise, when the body can eliminate fat, so can attached toxins. The kidneys and liver have to deal with these things. Let’s not forget the veins too, as they may have to adapt accordingly to the bloodstream and the number of nasties that accompany them. People who are on a good inch loss program (like Cinch) can release the toxins along with the bad ones in the body.

Rectum: Definitely an obvious area of ​​the body for a detox from solids and other nasties. However, people who have had digestive problems for years (most of these problems caused by lifestyle, choices, and irresponsibility) will have a hard time releasing all the toxins. Why is that, you ask?

We live in a world of fast and convenient food. But this food can hardly be called, as many are processed, fried in unhealthy fatty oils, and other things that people take and eat. Not only do sodas and other carbonated beverages thicken the sludge found in the colon, the electrical valence properties of carbon in carbonated beverages can also detract the body from the valence properties of vitamin supplements. To put it, carbonated drinks remove vitamins and calcium, for example, from the body and are absolutely bad for you.

Mud that is not moved by the intestine and colon will thicken over time and can stay there for years. When that happens, the body becomes its own pollutant, as this fermented sludge produces poisons, such as ammonia and formaldehyde. How ironic it is that our own bodies can also kill us, based on the weapons we give it through ingestion. Conditions and diseases like cancer are the result of these things remaining in the body. If the sludge and toxins do not leave the body, the consequences will be severe.

So back to detox and why is it so painful. Simply put, the rest of your body will use all of its defense systems to fight the toxins that you are actually trying to eliminate. It is curious that the parts of the body do not always cooperate or communicate with each other. But through detoxification, only the results can create a common message between them.

How do we get rid of this pain? There are a couple of ways

Rest – Stress is something the body needs to be free from, so you may need to ask for a couple of days off. Tell your employer to trust you, as a healthy employee means higher productivity. If you are an entrepreneur, it is important to rid your body of stress. Either way, take a couple of days off. You will need it when you experience the painful conditions. Second, make sure you are ready to go to the bathroom a lot; you will need it. To combat fever or pain, lie down and sleep. This is one way.

Supplementation: The next thing is to take at least 4 lax herbal supplements along with alfalfa supplements. Have at least 20 alfalfa supplements dissolved in hot water and some organic maple syrup (not pancake syrup) to sweeten like tea. The lax herb will help condition the gut to gently move the mud as it progresses and will also help with headaches and pain.

Consume as much liquid as you can: ginger tea and chamomile tea are good pacifiers that you can also ingest. Avoid fizzy drinks (including ginger ale, contrary to what people say), coffee, black tea, and alcoholic beverages. A drink with lots of electrolytes will help you cope with the pain of the detoxification process. Note that the electrolyte drink should not contain sugar.

Avoid sugar: refined sugar is a no-no. Although you can’t help it (it’s in ketchup, bread, and other foods), try to avoid any food that has it. You definitely don’t want more toxins to get stuck in the sludge, so much so that your body has to work overtime just to get rid of these things and the pain continues for an extended period of time.

Get a basal skull massage: What I mean by this is that you need to massage the little muscles located where the back of the skull and the neck bone meet. Ask someone to help you with this. Ask them to place two fingers (clipped nails) on the two muscles at this location and ask them to make a very gentle circular motion. Make sure they understand gently, or else this may be the last time you read this.

These are just a few of the many things you can use to help you detox. It’s best to get plenty of rest during the process, but if you’re having trouble coping with painful symptoms, just use the tips above with the right tools. In short, let your body do the rest.
