English laundry clothes: edgy designs meet British sophistication

English Laundry is a well-known clothing brand that is a subsidiary of Global Rebels Inc. Designed by Christopher Wicks, the clothing line features British-themed clothing with styles inspired by traditional and popular British clothing over the past decades. In keeping with the British theme, clothing will often feature British symbols such as the Union Jack flag, the English lion crest, and the royal crown.

The English Laundry men’s clothing line includes the following styles: short-sleeve knit shirts, short-sleeve T-shirts, jackets and blazers, long-sleeve T-shirts, long-sleeve knit shirts, vests, sweaters, and hoodies. Short-sleeve woven shirts include styles such as: Cotton City in white with denim blue, Dot in black or white, Village in white with blue, Flanders in white or tan, and Rylands in navy or white. Long-sleeve knit tops include Paris Wood in blue stripes, White Lion Hall in black or white, Freddie Dreamer and Black Burn. Dress shirts feature Buxton in black or white, Boggart Hole, Ramsbottom, Tottington in black or white, Rosendale in tan and light blue stripes, and Ringway in white/tan.

English Laundry’s women’s clothing line is not that extensive and only features blouses. Selection includes: long-sleeve knit shirts, jackets and sweaters, and vests. Long-sleeved woven shirts include styles such as Luton in black, Whalley Range, Virginia in red check, Title II in pink and gray, Lady Barn in pink and gray, Kearsley in black and cream, and Cisterian Cotton City in pink. The collection of women’s jackets and sweaters includes the Heywood Sweater, Lord Strange Embroidered Belted Jacket, Withington Trench Coat and the Checkered Northended Trench Coat. The vest collection includes the Burnage vest, Prestolee II vest, Black Rose vest and Armada vest in black.

English Laundry’s men’s underwear collection includes jeans, shorts and dress pants. The jeans come in two designs: the Crest Jeans design or the Red Selvege jeans. The Crest jean features an English lion crest on the leg and comes in a black wash or vintage wash. The Red Selvege jean has a slim, straight leg and comes in a dark wash or rinse wash. Two types of shorts are also offered: the Peterloo Cargo Short and the Tameside Cargo Short. The Peterloo Cargo Short comes in gray checked or olive, each with a checkered stripe design. The Tameside Cargo Short comes in black, brown, or cotton. Both cargo short designs have large pockets and are made of 100 percent cotton. The two slack designs available are the North Slacker and the Hathersage slack.

English Laundry features men’s tops, pants, accessories and apparel, as well as women’s tops. Accessories include handbags, ties, scarves and belts, all of which also feature British imagery.
