Investing in real estate: a second home in New Zealand

Tired of living in the same place year after year? Perhaps it is the nomadic instincts within us that invite us to move to new places. To leave old familiar grounds and discover new adventures in faraway lands.

Sometimes the old way of doing things breaks down. They become unmaintainable and beyond repair. These are the moments when we feel like running away to a new place.

Those of us who live in big cities, commute every day, working 9 to 5, feel the boredom of repetition more. Working and living in the same place year after year, leading the same kind of life, with the same kind of people, can get us down. For better or worse, everyone needs a change.

Maybe influenced by movies and books, and some personal travel experiences: I like to imagine white sand beaches and crystal clear waters. I like to take quick mental flights to lush forests, blue skies, green fields, and tranquil waterfalls.

Perhaps establishing a business company, investing in real estate, or obtaining tax benefits. Create business opportunities and take trips to New Zealand with tax-deductible dollars.

“Clean, fresh, green, uncrowded and reminiscent of a time when things cost less, the pace of life was slower and people seemed friendlier to each other. A New Zealand lifestyle is more possible than you think” . — A second home in New Zealand.

I know I would like to get away from this city life and try to find a quieter place, where everything you want to do is more enjoyable. I don’t know if that place exists thousands of miles away in New Zealand. It could even exist next to or just within our hearts.
