Joy Awakening Meditation

The winter holidays provide the perfect platform for our awakening. These holidays are cycles of completion and inspiration. They are festivals of light! They are meant to bring new lights of renewal, rebirth, and rededication into our lives.

Many people celebrate Yule, Chanukah, Christmas, Kwanza, and other winter holidays. This is a time of reflection and dedication to the best of ourselves and those qualities and actions that we want to experience in our lives and share in the world.

We are also looking at the calendar change to a new year. From the celebration of this light in our lives, we can awaken to a new year, a new cycle and we can begin to awaken a new world. It is our time to synchronize this change in our world with the higher vibrations that we wish to integrate. . The season invites each person to open and redefine their relationships with each other and with our world. With the following meditation, we can increase these energies to bring a greater harmony of light, harmony and spirit.

MEDITATION TO AWAKEN JOY by LUMARI

The next mediation is AWAKENING TO JOY. Joy is a deep alignment with the vibrations of creation and participation. As you connect with this meditation, keep the words deep within you. These words, in Alawashka, the original language of creation, contain the frequencies of the sacred within them. Once you feel the essence of joy and spirit, gently allow the flows of this beauty to envelop our world. In effect, you will slowly release these flows of sacred energy into our atmosphere for people to soak in, if they choose. You may feel led to send energy to certain people or places, but send an invitation instead. Send out an invitation for others to immerse themselves in these currents of energy on their own. This will help you move toward greater alignment on your own terms and in your own way. This is a greater blessing. You can add this chant to your regular meditations or choose a special time to add this meditation to your life.

Take a slow, deep breath and center yourself. Allow your thoughts to settle and your body to gently relax.

Take another slow, deep breath and allow your body to become more comfortable.

Begin to sing these words out loud.

ANSHA HAIYA SIMA

(pronounced: Ahn” – shah Hay – ee” – yah See” – mah)

I invoke the sacred embrace of joy.

Find the pace that is most comfortable for you to speak and maintain. Chant these words for at least three minutes, preferably ten minutes each day.

Continue using this beautiful chant for as long as you like.

I invite you to share this meditation with your friends, family and others. Let them know that you appreciate them. Help them open the flow of joy into their lives and their dreams. Let us spread all the gifts of appreciation in our lives and in our world.

Shalka Matista – I celebrate the paths of the Divine flow.
