Weekly checklist for house cleaning 30 minutes a day.

Developing a weekly house cleaning checklist will do wonders to keep your home clean, tidy, and overall presentable for last minute guests. When thinking about the strategy to use, consider using the 30-minute plan once a day. Not only does this help stop procrastination, it also leaves a clean home feeling and the cleaning workload remains more manageable. This routine requires about 30 minutes a day to clean up, and if you involve other members of your family, you can help speed it up!

This 30-minute daily cleaning involves tackling similar cleaning tasks in each room and finishing each task for that room and moving on to the next room. The advantage of doing it this way is that it meets your weekly checklist requirements and only the necessary cleaning tools and supplies are removed and used.

Now, considering that there are 30 minutes to do it, the tasks are grouped:

1. Clean all windows, mirrors, glass tables, and any other glass surfaces.

2. Address bathrooms, tub / showers, sinks, countertops and yes, toilets.

3. Tackle the kitchen, clean cabinets, clean countertops, appliances large and small, and alternate weekly between cleaning the interior of the oven or refrigerator.

4. Gather all the dirty clothes, table linens, bath towels, sheets and wash the clothes. Lay out clean towels, sheets, and bedding.

5. Dust all surfaces, lamps and blinds and polish furniture.

6. Sweep and vacuum the floor and don’t forget to mop. Check, change or update the litter boxes / litter boxes or pet habitat they use and take out the trash.

7. Give it a break!

Sorting your cleaning supplies and keeping them close at hand in a cleaning bucket will make it much easier and more convenient to pick up and take with you, saving you time.
