Early versus late potty training

Many doctors or psychologists will tell you not to potty train until your child is 3 or 4 years old. Through my many years of potty training, I have found that parents who begin to introduce the idea of ​​potty training to their children at a very young age have faster and easier success than expectant parents. until the child is much older.

Younger children are more impressionable, they do not notice their ways. The closer a child gets to three years of age, the more he establishes himself in his way of acting. They are comfortable in their diaper and the way they do things.

The older the child, the harder and longer it takes for parents to potty train their child. Children of this age know how to control the situation and use their control. They are also very comfortable with the way things are, so it is difficult to get them to change.

I have found that most children by the age of 22 months are potty ready and can be potty trained in as little as three days. Why wait for a child to turn 4? Why make it harder for him later? Why change diapers for another two years?
